BP @ 444p

BP is the largest stock on the FTSE by Market Cap.

The shares have traded in a wide range of 40% between 566p on 5th Jan and 400p on 3rd March.

BP hit a HIGH nearly 3 years ago on 723p on 24th April 2006 and a recent low of 370p on 10th October 2008.

The all time low for the last 11 years was 348p in Sep 98 and again in March 2003.

The shares have not close below 400p on a monthly basis since December 1997.
