China 22850 on Sell Signal since start of Feb 2013

China market gave a Buy signal in September 2012 when the market moved decisively above 20000.  However, the market moved down in Feb and triggered a Sell signal at 23700. Need to see a weekly close above 23200 if we are going to hit the upside target of 25000 in Q1. Looking for a seasonal move south into a summer low around 21000.
