Energy and Tech are the USA sectors to be invested in the last few months with Consumer staples as the only sector in a long term downtrend. Watch for a Daily close below 2570 to indicate a change in the medium trend (4-8 weeks). Upside target is 2628 by year end with downside 2544 if tax plans look like they will be delayed further.
