NASDAQ pulled back from 12074 high on Wednesday 2nd September and fell to 10875 on Friday 4th September, a 9.9% draw down. Bulls need to close above 20sma 11392 and then challenge the falling 5sma 11709. Bears will look to tag the 50sma 10900 and prevent any substantial move more than 1% above the 20sma to 11505
