FTSE looks like it will move above 6000. Target upside for 2013 is 6300. How long will it take for FTSE to break the FTSE 6100 level which was resisted 4 times in 2011. 6091 (6Jan), 6101 (17Feb), 6104 (3May) and 6084 (8July). Bears will need to see a Weekly close below 5600 in 2013 to see any move down to 5000. My target trading range for 2013 is 5500-6300
